Dear Members,

What an amazing year so far with fantastic displays of sportsmanship, commitment and enjoying the game we love.

Results are pouring in and the Mustangs looks like having a record number of teams involved in finals! This does not come without the hard work of our dedicated committee, coaches and mangers to inspire our players to work hard, love the game and respect everyone involved in the game.

We have only a few games left until finals so I wanted to take this opportunity to remind all members about our conduct on and off the field. The committee has been involved in quite a few incidents and judicial hearings of late, and we want to ensure that we all work together to have an amazing culture in this club.

The QCSA will not tolerate misconduct by anyone, and as a Mustang, our club will sanction anyone displaying conduct unbecoming of a Mustang Member.

Match Officials

1. Do not enter the field of play at any time unless invited by the match official
2. Match officials are happy for you to thank them after the game but we need to be mindful of the manner in which we approach them.
3. Substitutions from the interchange box only and players must wait until the exiting player is fully off the field before entering the field of play
4. Coach and Managers must wear lanyards
5. Make sure you have a vested official who understands their role. Information is in the coaches handbook on team app
6. Before things escalate, "WALK AWAY’ and call your committee about your complaint

General Code of Conduct

Can I ask that all parents, coaches and managers be great role models for our kids. Watch our language and curb our enthusiasm at games. Lets get excited and encourage our players to do well. Lets grow an amazing culture to be the strongest and most well respected in Brisbane.
