IMPORTANT – INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMERGENCY AMBULANCE ACCESS TO KINSELLAS & CLUB FIRST AID KIT.

Unfortunately there may be occasions when emergency treatment may be required for a player or spectator.

Ambulance access onto the grounds at Kinsellas is via the two locked boom gates as per the attached photo (open pic and swipe left if on mobile device).
An access key is located in the NLMFC equipment shed on your immediate left as you enter the shed. As a general rule the equipment shed is open for all club scheduled practice sessions and games (note it may be dummy locked so please check)

Additionally, on your left in the shed is also a the club major first aid kit.

If you are required to utilise the ambulance key or use supplies from the first aid kit please ensure that you:

1. Notify the committee via the club phone on 0448 687 826 of the incident, and if you have used the First aid kit so that it can be refurnished.

2. If required, complete a Injury report on MCM or for Snr games and players you will be informed on how to submit an injury report via email.

If you use the First Aid Kit, please make sure you let the committee know so we can re supply, there is nothing worse then going to a first aid kit to find that it is missing supplies.

In the event that the shed is locked and you require ambulance access, then call the club phone on 0448 687 826 ( or 0419 630 767 if you are unable to get a response)
